+ MEDIA DIRECTOR

Central Community Church is looking for a gifted individual to serve as our lead storyteller through visual arts. The Media Director will work in concert with our Communications Director, responsible to promote and convey key aspects of church life and ministry through social media, video production, and other creative means. Jesus is transforming lives and the Media Director will help Central tell those stories, promote ministry initiatives, and convey the church’s vision through multiple digital mediums.

Critical to this role is the ability to capture ministry highlights and stories of God’s work in the lives of his people using photography, video, editing, and building a team of volunteers to help you achieve those ends collaboratively wherever possible. The ability to work on a team is an essential element of this role, with the goal of equipping others to expand the team. Strong gifting in the use of social media, video, and photography to capture and convey stories of God’s grace are essential. This full-time role (part-time is a possibility for the right candidate) works in concert with our communications director to ensure that the quality of information communicated is compelling and cohesive. The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing social media platforms is essential. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a benefits package.
